Color: Bright golden yellow with amber highlights, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of white-fleshed fruit, citrus, toasted almonds, honey, and floral hints, with touches of brioche and butter.
Palate: Balanced, fresh, and creamy, with a refined structure and a long finish characterized by aromas of dried fruit and a slight minerality.
Serving temperature: 8/10°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, perfect with crustaceans, fish carpaccio, oysters, tuna tartare, soft cheeses, and fruit-based desserts.
Terroir: The grapes come from Premier Cru and Grand Cru classified vineyards, located in areas with prime exposure. The chalky soils contribute to the wine's finesse and minerality, while Champagne's cool climate ensures excellent natural acidity.
Vinification: Traditional Method (Champenoise). The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately to preserve the characteristics of each parcel. This is followed by aging on the lees for approximately 3 years, which imparts aromatic complexity and a creamy texture.
