Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with seafood, oysters, sushi, grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
Terroir: The grapes come from over 35 selected vineyards in the Champagne region, with a predominance of Chardonnay that provides elegance and freshness, balanced by the structure of the Pinots.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are carefully pressed to maintain freshness. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by blending of the cuvées and aging on the lees for at least three years, which gives the wine complexity and finesse.
