Bouquet: Complex and rich, with notes of ripe wild berries, cassis, and black cherry, accompanied by hints of sweet spices, tobacco, dark chocolate, and balsamic nuances of eucalyptus.
Taste: Structured and powerful, with well-defined tannins and good persistence. On the palate, there are intense notes of dark fruit, accompanied by hints of licorice, vanilla, and a touch of toastiness derived from aging in barriques. Freshness balances the power of the wine, making it harmonious and pleasant to drink.

Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with Sicilian cuisine dishes such as roasted lamb or Nebrodi black pig.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on soils rich in clay and limestone, which give the wine a particular minerality and a solid tannic structure. The warm, sunny climatic conditions of Sicily, mitigated by sea breezes, favor optimal ripening of the grapes, ensuring excellent aromatic and sugar concentration.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo long maceration to extract maximum aromatic and polyphenolic substances. The wine is aged for approximately 14 months in French oak barriques, acquiring complexity and roundness.
