Terroir: This wine comes from the hillside vineyards of Panzano in Chianti, characterized by calcareous and clayey soils that impart a particular minerality and complexity to the wine. The climatic conditions, with marked temperature fluctuations, allow for optimal grape ripening, ensuring structure and freshness.

Vinification: The grapes are hand-selected, with separate vinification for each variety. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation, with a long maceration to extract the wine's aromas and structure. Aging takes place for approximately 16-18 months in oak barrels, followed by further months in the bottle.
