Origin: Domfrontais, Normandy, France – an area with a strong presence of pear trees (over 30%) and slate and granite soils.
Raw material: A blend of apple and pear cider, with a prevalence of pears as per the AOC Domfrontais regulations.
Color: Pale amber-blonde, luminous and elegant.
Nose: Intense and fruity with notes of baked apple, ripe pear, vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood.
Taste: Smooth and elegant, with a semi-sweet and fruity entry; notes of apple, pear, spices, and vanilla emerge; long, refined, and persistent finish.
Alcohol content: 42% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12-14°C as a digestif; also excellent at room temperature (18-20°C).
Pairings: Ideal as a digestif; perfect with aged cheeses, apple and pear-based desserts, caramelized sweets, and tarts.
Terroir: Granite and slate soils, apple and pear orchards that provide unique freshness, acidity, and aromatic complexity.
Distillation: Late harvest, natural fermentation in wooden barrels, single column distillation, minimum 5 years aging in oak barrels.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
