Terroir: Vineyards located in prime areas of the municipality of Camorino, in the Canton of Ticino, characterized by hilly terrain that gives the wine particular complexity and structure
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually, then quickly crushed and destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a long maceration on the skins for 15-21 days. The wine then matures in oak barriques for 20-24 months
