Bouquet: Fine and delicate, with hints of flowers such as linden, fruits like apple and pear, and notes of lemongrass
Taste: Fresh and fruity attack, harmonious and full, with a finish of good persistence

Terroir: The vineyards are located primarily in the Three Valleys region, specifically in the municipalities of Giornico, Biasca, and Malvaglia. The soil in this mountainous region is composed mainly of granite and gneiss, giving the wine distinctive mineral characteristics.
Vinification: The crushed and partially destemmed grapes undergo a very soft pressing to obtain the free-run must, which ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18-20°C. During the interval between alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, a weekly bâtonnage of the fine lees is carried out.
Description: The 2023 Carisma will express its full potential starting in the spring of 2024 and will maintain these characteristics until 2027 and beyond if stored under optimal conditions. It is a wine that combines freshness and complexity, offering a balanced and persistent tasting experience.
