Color: Purple red with violet hues.

Nose: Aromatic and spicy, with notes particularly reminiscent of thyme; it exhibits good complexity and elegance.

Palate: Spicy, long and persistent, with an aromatic richness supported by a significant structure and well-integrated tannins.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, game, and flavorful cheeses.

Terroir: The grapes come from the hilly areas of the Mendrisiotto, characterized by rich soils and a microclimate favorable to viticulture.

Vinification: The grape varieties are harvested and vinified separately. After a 20-30 day maceration, malolactic fermentation and 20 months of aging take place in French oak barriques. The final blend is made before bottling.

Description: Casimiro is an original wine, the result of years of viticultural research and development by Agriloro. With its eleven grape varieties, it has been defined as the "Ticino Châteauneuf-du-Pape". It has great aging potential, exceeding 10 years.
