Terroir: The vineyards are located on clay-limestone soils in the hills of Castel Bolognese, which give the wine a refined tannic structure and a characteristic minerality. The altitude and excellent sun exposure promote optimal grape ripening, providing aromatic intensity and complexity.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the wine undergoes traditional fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve aromatic freshness. This is followed by aging for several months in large oak barrels, which enriches the structure without overpowering the fruity characteristics of the grape variety.
