Palate: On the palate, the 2018 Cerretalto is decisive and powerful, with dense tannins and a full-bodied structure. It shows a balance between the vibrant freshness of the fruit and the tannic strength, while offering a long, complex finish with notes of dark chocolate and licorice. It is a wine with a Mediterranean character, which will be ready for full aromatic expression starting in 2026.
