Taste: Balanced and round, with a lively acidity that perfectly balances an enveloping softness. On the palate, hints of ripe yellow fruit and light toasted notes stand out, offering a persistent and harmonious finish.

Terroir: The hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a cool, breezy climate, are ideal for the cultivation of Chardonnay. This terroir gives the wine an elegant structure and a complex aromatic profile, while maintaining the lively freshness typical of this area.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes undergo a soft pressing. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques, followed by brief wood aging which adds complexity and finesse to the wine.
