Appearance: Bright golden yellow.
Nose: The aromatic intensity is strong and highly complex. The bouquet blends notes of dried fruit, honey, apricot, and vanilla.
Palate: Pleasantly sweet and full, it possesses great body and an excellent balance between sweetness and acidity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand in excellent condition and then left to dry in a fruit-drying room until the desired concentration is reached. After soft pressing, the must is fermented in French barriques, where it remains on its lees throughout the aging process.
Pairings: Excellent when paired with pastries, fruit tarts, and panettone. For those looking for something bolder, we recommend pairing it with well-aged or blue cheeses.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
