Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Color: Intense ruby red
Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruit such as blackberry and plum, with notes of vanilla and cedar derived from aging in wood
Palate: Dry, full-bodied, with soft tannins and good acidity. Flavors of cherry, forest fruits, and spicy nuances emerge on the palate, with a persistent finish
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and mushroom-based dishes
Terroir: Vineyards located on gravelly slopes in the commune of Saint-Sauveur, adjacent to Pauillac, benefiting from well-draining soils that contribute to the quality of the grapes
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in the cellars of the nearby Château Lynch-Moussas. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by aging in barriques for approximately 12 months

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
