Raw material: Fresh sugarcane juice (Rhum Agricole)

Color: Dark, deep, and brilliant mahogany

Nose: Complex and rich, with hints of candied orange, acacia honey, toasted cocoa, precious wood, and tobacco. Notes of spice, dried fruit, and a delicate woodiness emerge and evolve with aeration.

Palate: Soft and velvety on the palate, with notes of aged wood, honey, cinnamon, licorice, and caramelized orange peel. The finish is long and persistent, with returns of dried fruit, spices, and an elegant smoky background.

Alcohol content: 42%

Serving temperature: 18-20 °C

Pairings: Ideal as a meditation rum, it pairs well with dark chocolate, desserts based on dried fruit and caramel, or aromatic cigars. Also excellent paired with spicy sweets or enjoyed neat in a tulip glass.

Terroir: The sugarcane grows in the volcanic and clayey soils of Martinique, under a tropical climate that promotes rapid maturation and intense aging in barrels, characterized by high evaporation.

Aging: At least 10 years in American ex-Bourbon barrels and French oak barrels, selected by the cellar master.
