Taste: Soft and velvety, with a round and progressive attack. Aromas of caramel, fine wood, candied fruit, and delicate spices emerge. The finish is long, elegant, and floral, with echoes of antique rose and carnation

Terroir: Sourced exclusively from the Grande Champagne area, Premier Cru of the Cognac region. The limestone soil gives structure, finesse, and superior aging capacity to the eaux-de-vie. The temperate climate with hot summers and well-distributed rainfall favors optimal grape ripening
Vinification: Double distillation in copper Charentais pot stills, followed by long aging in Limousin oak barrels. The eaux-de-vie used for this cuvée were selected for their elegance, balance, and aromatic depth, with aging periods exceeding 20 years

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
