Nose: The nose presents a refined bouquet with hints of exotic fruit such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by notes of citrus, white flowers, and a light herbaceous nuance. It is also characterized by slight hints of almond and honey.
Taste: On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with good structure and a pleasant acidity that enhances its liveliness. The fruity notes blend with a delicate sapidity and an aromatic persistence that recalls the scents of tropical fruit and citrus.

Pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes, seafood, sushi, and fish carpaccio. Also excellent with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables, and light Mediterranean cuisine dishes.
Terroir: Cometa is produced in vineyards located in Menfi, an area characterized by calcareous and sandy soils that give the wine a marked minerality. The Mediterranean climate, with hot and breezy summers, promotes slow and complete ripening of the grapes, preserving the freshness and aromatic intensity of the Fiano.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by a period of aging on the lees to improve the complexity and structure of the wine.
