Grape Variety: Syrah
Color: Intense ruby red with violet highlights
Nose: Intense aromas of violets and white flowers, followed by fresh red cherries, ripe black fruits, and a touch of white pepper.
Palate: Balanced on the palate, with a velvety texture. Notes of dark fruit, such as blackberry and plum, blend with hints of spices, aromatic herbs, and a mineral touch, leading to a long and persistent finish.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal with tender beef dishes, such as Korean barbecue.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on terraced granite slopes typical of the Crozes-Hermitage appellation, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with continental influences, ideal for the optimal ripening of Syrah.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo traditional vinification with a three-week post-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged for six months in oak barrels, 15% of which are new and the remainder one to four years old.

With floral and fruity aromas that mingle with delicate spices and a well-defined tannic structure, it is a wine that balances power and finesse, making it ideal for both immediate consumption and short-term bottle aging.
