Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to traditional vinification with prolonged maceration to best extract the tannins and aromas of the Nebbiolo. Subsequently, the wine is aged for at least 18 months in oak barrels, followed by further months in the bottle before release, to achieve an ideal balance between structure and softness
