Grape Varieties: Chardonnay (75%), Pinot Nero (15%), Pinot Bianco (10%)
Color: Bright straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Nose: Elegant and complex, with hints of white-fleshed fruit such as apple and pear, accompanied by notes of citrus and white flowers. Slight nuances of bread crust and toasted almond also emerge, due to the long maturation on the lees.
Palate: Fresh, harmonious, and well-balanced, with good structure and a pleasant minerality. The palate is characterized by marked freshness and elegant creaminess, with a long, persistent finish that recalls the fruity and floral notes perceived on the nose.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Serving temperature: 6-8°C
Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with raw fish dishes such as sushi and sashimi, crustaceans, mollusks, and seafood appetizers. Also excellent with light vegetable-based first courses and fresh cheeses.
Terroir: The vineyards used for the production of "Cuvée Prestige" are located on the hills of Franciacorta, at an altitude of 250-400 meters above sea level. The soils are predominantly morainic, characterized by a good mineral composition, which gives the wine freshness and complexity. The climate is influenced by Lake Iseo, which creates a microclimate favorable to vine cultivation, ensuring optimal ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maturation takes place on the lees for at least 25 months, which gives the wine its aromatic complexity and the finesse of the perlage.
