Bouquet: Complex and enveloping aromas, with notes of ripe dark fruit, such as plum and blackberry, accompanied by nuances of sweet spices, tobacco, and a light hint of licorice.
Taste: Structured and harmonious, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness. On the palate, sensations of ripe fruit and spices emerge, supported by good acidity that enhances its drinkability. Long finish with a subtle mineral and spicy note.

Pairings: Perfect with red meat dishes, roasts, braised meats, game, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with typical Sicilian dishes such as eggplant parmigiana and oven-baked kid goat.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on the Regaleali Estate, a hilly area characterized by clay and sandy soils that favor the structure and intensity of the wines. The Sicilian climate, with hot summers and mild winters, allows for optimal grape ripening, while preserving the acidity and aromas of the wine.
Vinification: After manual harvesting, the grapes are fermented separately with maceration on the skins to extract color and aromas. Aging takes place in oak barrels for 12 months, allowing the wine to evolve and acquire complexity without losing its typicality.
