Nose: Fresh and aromatic, with floral notes of white flowers, citrus, green apple, and slight herbaceous hints reminiscent of sage and elderflower.
Palate: Dry, elegant, and lively, with well-balanced acidity. On the palate, it offers a mix of crisp white fruit and a mineral nuance that extends into a fresh and persistent finish.
Alcohol content: 12.5%
Serving temperature: 8/10° C
Pairings: Perfect with fish dishes, sushi, shellfish, herb risottos, seafood salads, and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with vegetarian dishes and light appetizers.
Terroir: The vines are grown in the hills of Termeno, on limestone and clay soils that ensure excellent drainage and an ideal climate for the aromatic expression of the grape varieties. The altitude and temperature variations give the wine unique freshness and complexity.
Vinification: After hand harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve aromatic purity. This is followed by a brief aging on the fine lees to add structure and softness to the wine.
