Origin: Épernay, Champagne, France – Maison Dom Pérignon (Moët Hennessy)
Grape Variety: Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (proportions reserved)
Color: Bright straw yellow, with golden highlights.
Nose: Complex nuances: stone fruit (apricot, mirabelle plum), citrus (mandarin, grapefruit zest), toasted notes (toasted bread, brioche), almond, honey, and a mineral and smoky hint reminiscent of chalk or limestone.
Taste: Dry, with lively acidity and refined structure, pronounced minerality (saline, chalky), medium-full body; ripe fruit, light toast, and citrus emerge on the palate, with a persistent and clean finish.
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C
Pairings: Ideal with refined crustaceans, scallops, noble white fish with butter, elegant dishes based on delicate poultry, or as a luxury aperitif.
Terroir: Grapes sourced from selected Champagne crus; soils rich in chalk and chalk-limestone typical of the region; a cool climate promotes acidity and tension. The vintage was characterized by a very hot and sunny summer, late harvest, and favorable conditions for balanced ripening.
Vinification: Vintage, aged on the lees for an extended period, blend exclusively of grapes from the vintage, produced with the luxury identity of the Dom Pérignon brand.
