Nose: Intense and complex bouquet, with notes of cocoa, mocha, roasted hazelnut, brioche, and honey, accompanied by citrus hints of pink grapefruit and blood orange, and delicate iodine nuances.
Palate: Creamy on the palate, evolving between tension and lightness, with extreme, deep, and sculptural tactile precision. The aftertaste is slightly smoky, with an overwhelming aromatic length and an elegant persistence on powerful liquorice notes.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: Ideal with lobster, dishes featuring green mole, and cardamom-spiced meals, which enhance the wine's vibrant character.
Terroir: The grapes come from the best vineyards in the Champagne region, characterized by calcareous soils that give the wine a distinctive minerality and a complex structure, typical of great vintage Champagnes.
Vinification: Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel, followed by bottle refermentation according to the Champenoise Method. The wine aged for over 15 years on the lees, reaching its "Plénitude 2," an expression of glorious maturity and vibrant energy.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
