Bouquet: Elegant and enveloping, characterized by notes of candied fruit, dried apricot, and acacia honey, with hints of candied citrus and delicate notes of vanilla.
Taste: Sweet, velvety, and well-structured, with a pleasant freshness that balances the sweetness. Persistent notes of dried fruit, such as figs and walnuts, emerge on the palate, along with a light minerality that enhances the wine's complexity. The finish is long and silky, with a soft and harmonious conclusion.

Pairings: Ideal with dry pastries, cream-based desserts, and dried fruit. It pairs perfectly with panettone, Christmas sweets, and blue cheeses such as gorgonzola and roquefort. Also excellent with foie gras for an experience of contrast between sweet and savory.
Terroir: Grown in the calcareous and clayey soils of Romagna, which give the wine a delicate minerality. The area's climate, characterized by mild winters and hot summers, favors the optimal ripening of the Albana grape, ideal for the production of passito wines.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and left to wither to concentrate sugars and aromas. Subsequently, the wine is vinified with a long maceration and fermentation in steel and barrels to develop aromatic complexity. It is then aged in wooden barrels for several months to enrich its structure and bouquet.
