Taste: Dry, full-bodied, and structured, with fine, persistent tannins. On the palate, hints of forest fruits, underbrush, and spices emerge, well-balanced by a freshness that prolongs the tasting pleasure. The finish is long, with a minerality that reflects the soils where it is grown.
