Raw material: Molasses rum, blend of pot still and column still distillates
Color: Intense copper / bronze with golden highlights
Nose: Caramel, vanilla, molasses, ripe fruit (banana, orange peel) with hints of wood and sherry (dried almond, raisins)
Taste: Dry, elegant, with notes of caramel, brown sugar, ripe fruit (raisins, banana), light spices (cinnamon, black pepper), wood, and a bitter touch like cocoa
Alcohol content: 40% vol
Serving temperature: Approx. 18-20°C (neat or with a small ice cube)
Pairings: To be enjoyed "neat," with medium-bodied cigars, dark chocolate desserts, dried fruit desserts, premium cocktails (rum-based Old Fashioned, rum Manhattan)
Terroir: Tropical climate with sea breezes, well-drained calcareous soils. The sugar cane benefits from this environment, and maturation is carried out in ex-bourbon casks + finish in Oloroso sherry casks.
Production: Distillation in a blend of pot and column stills; initial maturation in ex-bourbon casks for several years; finish in Oloroso casks for an additional period; bottling without added sugar or flavorings.

It offers an aromatic profile balanced between ripe fruit, caramel, and influences of wood and sherry, with no artificial additions. It is intended for connoisseurs looking for an elegant and clean rum.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
