Terroir: The vineyards are located on the slopes of Monte Generoso and Monte San Giorgio, benefiting from a favorable microclimate and rich soils that give the wine a distinctive minerality.
Vinification: After cold skin maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging continues for about 6 months in second-fill barriques, adding complexity and refinement to the wine.
