Taste: Dry, fresh, and well-structured, with a marked acidity that perfectly balances the structure. On the palate, notes of green apple, lemon, and bitter almond emerge, with a long, savory finish that highlights the minerality of Franciacorta's limestone soil

Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located in the morainic and limestone soils of Franciacorta, which give the wine a particular minerality and freshness. The temperate climate with lake influences favors optimal ripening of the grapes, maintaining intact acidity and aromatic fragrance
Vinification: The harvest is done manually, selecting the best grapes. After a soft pressing, the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. The secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with aging on the lees for at least 36 months, giving the wine complexity and finesse
