Origin: Lombardy, Italy, with specific reference to the Franciacorta area, a region renowned for the production of classic method sparkling wines.
Grape Variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Color: Intense straw yellow with slight golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage.
Bouquet: A complex and refined bouquet with hints of berries such as blackcurrant and raspberry, accompanied by notes of bread crust, yeast, and delicate toasted nuances.
Taste: Dry, fresh, and well-structured, with elegant minerality and a pleasant acidity that perfectly balances the wine's body. On the palate, notes of quince, citrus, and toasted almond are perceived, with a persistent and slightly savory finish.
Alcohol Content: 12.5%
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal with fish, shellfish, and seafood dishes; also excellent with white meats, fish tartare, or fresh, soft cheeses. Perfect as a sophisticated aperitif.

Vinification: Hand-harvesting takes place in the early hours of the day to preserve the freshness of the fruit. Vinification follows the classic method, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and long aging on the lees for at least 48 months, which grants the wine complexity and finesse.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
