Aroma: Elegant and mineral, with notes of citrus, white flowers, and subtle hints of aromatic herbs and anise, reminiscent of the volcanic terroir of Mount Etna.
Taste: Dry, fresh, and well-structured, with a marked minerality and acidity that balance the sip and make the wine lively. On the palate, one perceives delicate aromas of white peach, lemon, and a pleasantly saline aftertaste.

Terroir: The Carricante vines grow on the slopes of Mount Etna at an altitude of about 600-800 meters, on volcanic soils rich in minerals. The volcanic soil gives the wine its characteristic minerality, while the altitude ensures slow ripening of the grapes, maintaining freshness and complexity.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented at low temperatures to preserve varietal aromas. After fermentation, the wine matures in steel tanks to maintain freshness and vibrancy, highlighting the mineral and fruity notes typical of Etna Carricante.
