Nose: Fresh and intense, with dominant notes of peppermint, followed by the herbaceous and balsamic nuances typical of Fernet. Light hints of sweet spices and bitter orange peel enrich the bouquet.
Taste: Bittersweet, smooth and velvety, with a balance between the balsamic freshness of mint and the bitterness of the herbs. Long, mentholated, persistent, and enveloping finish.
