Color: Intense and brilliant cherry-pink
Nose: Fresh and fragrant, with notes of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and rose petals. Accents of pomegranate and light floral nuances emerge, lending complexity and refinement.
Palate: Delicate and harmonious, with a lively freshness that perfectly balances the softness of the fruit. The palate is caressed by flavors of red berries, particularly raspberry and cherry, with a light savory note that provides persistence and invites another sip.

Serving temperature: 10/12° C
Pairings: Perfect with raw fish appetizers, seafood pasta dishes, risotto with crustaceans, and fresh cheeses. Also excellent with chicken salads, grilled vegetable dishes, and tomato-based Mediterranean cuisine.
Terroir: The Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera vines are grown on the clayey and calcareous soils of the Salento peninsula, characterized by a Mediterranean microclimate that benefits from significant temperature fluctuations between day and night. These conditions favor slow grape ripening, lending the wine aromatic intensity and structure.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and undergo a short maceration to extract color and the most delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and fragrance. The wine matures for a few months in steel to enhance its varietal characteristics.
