Color: Intense golden yellow with bright, luminous highlights.
Bouquet: Aromatic and enveloping, characterized by notes of ripe tropical fruit, lychee, yellow peach, and pineapple, accompanied by nuances of honey, rose, and sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon.
Taste: Sweet and velvety, with a soft and enveloping structure, supported by pleasant freshness. On the palate, rich notes of exotic fruit, candied citrus, and honey emerge, with a long and harmonious finish that leaves a sensation of delicacy and refinement.
Alcohol content: 11.5%
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
Pairings: Perfect when paired with fruit desserts, dry pastries, fruit tarts, blue cheeses, and pâté. Also ideal on its own as a meditation wine.
Terroir: The Gewürztraminer for this Passito grows on the calcareous and gravelly soils typical of South Tyrol, at altitudes that favor optimal grape ripening. The cool Alpine climate and the Mediterranean influence of the valleys help enhance the intense and complex aromas typical of the grape variety.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and left to wither to concentrate sugars and aromas. Subsequently, they are vinified with a slow, temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging takes place partly in steel and partly in small oak barrels, helping to impart complexity and finesse to the bouquet.
