Origin: Ballindalloch, Moray, Speyside, Scotland

Raw materials: 100% malted barley

Colour: Intense amber with golden-copper highlights

Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of caramelised pear, ripe peach, orange peel, cinnamon and nutmeg. The profile is refined thanks to the finishing in French Tronçais oak casks.

Palate: Fruity and velvety, with hints of dried apricots, sultanas and chocolate-covered ginger. Rich and harmonious, with a great balance between sweetness, fruit and spice.

Alcohol content: 43%

Serving temperature: 18/20° C

Pairings: Ideal with blue cheeses, dark chocolate, spiced desserts or as an elegantly refined after-dinner drink. Also excellent paired with a medium-bodied cigar.

Region: Produced in the heart of Speyside, an area renowned for its cool, constant climate and pure water from Josie’s Well, perfect elements for slow, aromatic maturation.

Maturation: Aged for at least 21 years, with a triple finish in Oloroso Sherry casks, French Tronçais oak (ex-Cognac) casks, and Porto Colheita casks. A careful process that provides depth and complexity.
