Origin: Ballindalloch, Moray, Speyside, Scotland

Raw materials: 100% malted barley

Color: Deep amber with golden highlights

Nose: Complex and enveloping, with hints of dried fruit, ripe figs, orange zest, dark honey, dark chocolate, and a touch of sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves

Palate: Soft and velvety on the palate, with rich notes of toffee, candied orange, ripe plum, and noble wood. Sweet spices accompany a long, warm, and elegant finish, with hints of sherry and cocoa

Alcohol content: 43%

Serving temperature: 18/20° C

Pairings: Ideal with blue cheeses, dark chocolate, and desserts based on dried fruits and spices. Also excellent as a meditative after-dinner drink or paired with a fine cigar

Territory: Produced in the heart of Speyside, a region famous for the quality of its water and its cool, consistent climate, elements that promote a slow and steady maturation of the distillate. The water used comes from the famous “Josie’s Well” spring, ensuring purity and minerality

Maturation: Aged for at least 25 years in selected oak casks, with a final maturation phase in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry casks and French Tronçais oak. This double aging gives the whisky exceptional aromatic complexity and an unmistakable roundness
