Nose: Delicate and elegant, with floral notes of rose and peony, followed by hints of wild berries such as wild strawberries and raspberries, with a touch of citrus and Mediterranean herbs.
Taste: Fresh and harmonious, with good structure and balanced acidity. On the palate, one perceives flavors of crisp red fruit and a persistent mineral finish that enhances the typical characteristics of the region.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Ideal with light appetizers, fish carpaccio, summer salads, sushi, and sashimi. Also perfect with dishes based on grilled vegetables or fresh cheeses.
Terroir: This rosé comes from the hilly terrain of Ticino, characterized by calcareous soils and a microclimate influenced by alpine winds, which promote balanced ripening and a lively acidity in the Merlot.
Vinification: The Merlot grapes are hand-harvested and subjected to a brief maceration to extract the desired color. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and primary aromas. This is followed by aging for several months on the lees to add complexity and softness.
