Taste: On the palate, it offers a creamy texture with prolonged freshness, revealing aromas of ripe red fruits and a pleasant minerality. The finish is long and characterized by a subtle bitterness
Serving Temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Pairs perfectly with refined meat dishes such as duck breast, quail, venison cacciatore, or pigeon. Also excellent with exotic and oriental cuisine
Terroir: The grapes come from 21 selected crus, primarily Aÿ and Verzenay for the Pinot Noir, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oiry for the Chardonnay. The addition of 5% red wine from the "Côte aux Enfants" parcel gives the wine depth and complexity
Vinification: Fermentation entirely in barriques, followed by aging in the cellar for twice as long as the appellation requirements. The dosage is 8 grams per liter
