Grape Variety: Nebbiolo from Barolo

Color: Intense, deep amber, the result of prolonged aging in wood.

Aroma: Complex and enveloping, with spicy notes of pepper, cloves, nutmeg, tobacco, anise, and licorice. It also presents fruity hints of jam, syrup-preserved fruit, baked apple, dried plum, raisins, almond, and walnut, accompanied by floral nuances and honey.

Taste: Soft, harmonious, and moderately sweet, with an elegant structure and remarkable persistence. The spicy and fruity notes perceived on the nose are echoed on the palate, offering a rich and sophisticated tasting experience.

Serving temperature: 18-20°C

Pairings: Ideal as a meditation spirit; it pairs perfectly with high-quality dark chocolate or a fine cigar, enhancing the sensory experience.

Terroir: The pomace used comes from the Langhe hills, one of the most prestigious wine-growing areas in the world, recognized for the production of wines such as Barolo and Barbaresco. This territory gives the Nebbiolo grapes unique characteristics, which are reflected in the complexity and finesse of the grappa.

Distillation: Distillation takes place in discontinuous bain-marie stills, a traditional method that allows for a slow and precise extraction of aromas, preserving the peculiarities of the grape variety and ensuring a high-quality spirit.

Aging: 20 years in small oak and acacia casks, which bestow aromatic complexity and softness upon the spirit.
