Grape Variety: Nebbiolo for Barolo
Color: Extremely clear amber
Aroma: Complex and enveloping, with predominant notes of dried fruit, cooked and syruped fruit, prunes, and raisins, enriched by floral hints of honey. Long aging in wood imparts additional spicy nuances of cinnamon, tobacco, licorice, and vanilla.
Taste: Soft and warm, with an enveloping structure. Intense aromas of dried fruit and sweet spices emerge on the palate, in perfect harmony with the olfactory sensations.
Alcohol content: 50%
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: Ideal as a meditation spirit after a meal, it pairs well with dry pastries and dark chocolate-based desserts.
Terroir: The pomace used comes from Nebbiolo grapes grown in the Langhe hills, an area renowned for the production of Barolo.
Vinification: Distillation is carried out using the discontinuous bain-marie method, followed by 9 years of aging in small oak barrels, which imparts complexity and aromatic depth to the spirit.
