Origin: Veneto, Italy
Raw material: Pomace from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes used for the production of Amarone della Valpolicella.
Color: Crystalline, with possible amber highlights if aged.
Aroma: Intense and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherries in spirit, and plum, accompanied by spicy nuances and hints of vanilla and cocoa resulting from wood aging.
Taste: Dry, warm, and enveloping, with a harmonious and balanced structure. On the palate, sensations of dried fruit, sweet spices, and a light toasted note emerge, with a persistent and refined finish.
Alcohol content: Generally around 40-42%.
Serving temperature: 18-20° C
Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner digestive, it pairs well with dark chocolate, almond or hazelnut-based desserts, and aged cheeses. Also excellent on its own, to fully appreciate its aromatic nuances.
Distillation: The fermented Amarone pomace is distilled using the traditional method in discontinuous steam stills to preserve the grapes' typical aromas. Subsequently, the grappa may be aged in wooden barrels for a variable period, thus acquiring greater complexity and smoothness.

Produced with artisanal care, it preserves the aromas of the grapes, offering complex scents and an enveloping taste. With its delicate sweetness and persistent finish, it represents a tribute to the region and a perfect conclusion to a meal.
Terroir: Produced in the heart of Valpolicella, this grappa reflects a unique terroir characterized by clay, tuff, and basalt soils. The mild climate and mineral-rich soils give the pomace intense aromas and a distinctive complexity, enhanced by traditional distillation that captures the essence of the territory.
