Nose: Complex and enveloping, with notes of vanilla, cocoa, coffee, licorice, and dried fruit
Palate: Soft and structured, with aromas of fruit in spirits and hints of vanilla, accompanied by a pleasant lingering finish

Pairings: Ideal to be enjoyed on its own in a tulip glass at room temperature. It pairs well with almond-based cookies, dark chocolate, or a good cigar.
Terroir: The pomace comes from the vineyards of Tenuta San Guido, characterized by stony soils and a unique microclimate that give the grapes exceptional quality.
Vinification: The fresh pomace is gently pressed immediately after the wine maceration phase, and distillation begins right away. Using one of the oldest operating stills in Italy, the pomace is steam-distilled for a period of three hours. The grappa is aged for 4 years in French oak barriques and rests for 6 months in barrels previously used for the aging of Sassicaia.

This spirit of rare refinement combines tradition with innovation, offering a unique aromatic bouquet and a structure on the palate that expresses depth and complexity. The long aging in oak barrels and the use of the same barriques as Sassicaia give the grappa a distinctive character, making it ideal for enthusiasts and connoisseurs.
