Origin: Berchidda, Sassari, Sardinia, Italy.
Grape variety: Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.
Color: Clear and bright.
Aroma: Intense floral aromas, with delicate hints of fresh fruit and slight aromatic and vegetal notes.
Flavor: Elegant and fragrant, with a fine and delicate taste that reflects the purity of the grape variety and the quality of the distillation.
Alcohol content: 43% vol.
Serving temperature: 10-14° C.
Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner digestive, it pairs well with almond-based desserts or white chocolate.
Terroir: The pomace comes from Gallura, a region in northern Sardinia characterized by granitic soils and a Mediterranean climate, which impart distinctive aromas and flavors to the Vermentino.
Vinification: The fresh, non-ensiled pomace is distilled in a discontinuous steam-bath still, a method that allows the typical aromas of the grape variety to be preserved and concentrated.
