Aroma: Intense and aromatic, with notes of tropical fruit, white flowers, acacia honey, and delicate hints of citrus and almond.
Taste: Elegant, soft, and velvety, with a pleasant balance between sweetness and freshness. On the palate, sensations of honey, exotic fruit, and a delicate floral persistence emerge.

Terroir: "Amorosa di Settembre" Grappa is crafted from the pomace of Vespaiolo, an indigenous Veneto grape variety, harvested in the hilly vineyards of the Breganze area. The calcareous soil and breezy climate favor a unique aromatic expression of the grape, which is reflected in the quality of the grappa.
Distillation: Distilled using an artisanal method in small steam stills, following the Poli family tradition. Processing takes place in a discontinuous cycle, allowing for the preservation and best enhancement of the aromas and characteristics of the fresh pomace.
