Bouquet: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and blackberry, accompanied by nuances of sweet spices, tobacco, and a light note of vanilla due to aging in wood.
Taste: On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, and well-structured, with silky, integrated tannins that provide balance and a pleasant persistence. Hints of wild berries, underbrush, and a delicate note of dark chocolate stand out, blending with the vibrant acidity to make the wine fresh and long-lived.

Pairings: Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Also perfect with first courses featuring truffles and porcini mushrooms.
Terroir: The Guidalberto vineyards grow on well-drained soils composed of limestone and clay, typical of the Tuscan coast, which give the wine great minerality and complexity. The influence of the nearby Tyrrhenian Sea creates an ideal microclimate, with warm days and cool nights, which allow for optimal ripening of the grapes while preserving both freshness and aromatic intensity.
Vinification: The harvest is manual and is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. After maceration, the wine matures in French oak barriques for about 15 months, adding depth and finesse to the aromas and tannins.
