Origin: Veneto, Italy
Grape variety: A blend of native and international varieties, including Corvina, Rondinella, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Croatina, Sangiovese, and others.
Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections.
Nose: The bouquet is broad and enveloping, characterized by notes of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, hints of sweet spices, vanilla, tobacco, dark chocolate, and slight balsamic nuances.
Palate: Rich and structured on the palate, with velvety tannins and elegant freshness that balances the power of the wine. The finish is long and complex, with persistent hints of fruit, spices, and nuances of cocoa and licorice.
Alcohol content: 15.5%
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Ideal with elaborate meat dishes, such as braised meats and game, as well as with aged cheeses and dark chocolate.
Terroir: The grapes come from various vineyards located in the hilly area of Veneto, where the soil is composed mainly of limestone, clay, and basalt rock, favoring optimal grape ripening and giving the wine a particular minerality.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out manually with a rigorous selection of the clusters. After vinification, the wine matures for at least 11 years in oak barrels and is further aged in the bottle for an extended period, acquiring complexity and aromatic depth.
Awards and scores: It has received high scores from major international wine guides, including 97 points from Decanter and excellent reviews from Falstaff and other critics, who describe it as one of the best red wines in Veneto.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
