Raw materials: Rose, cucumber, kelp (seaweed), thyme, lime, and coastal herbs

Pairings: Perfect in a Gin & Tonic with cucumber. Excellent in cocktails such as the Neptunia Fizz, Curious Margarita, Gimlet, and Sparkling Sangria. Pairs well with raw seafood, crustaceans, oysters, and fresh salads.
Terroir: Botanicals sourced from the Scottish coasts around the Girvan distillery, which impart minerality and a distinct maritime character.
Distillation: Crafted using two historic stills: the Carter-Head Still (1948), which enhances delicate aromas, and the Bennett Pot Still (1860), which provides structure. Subsequently flavored with natural rose and cucumber essences.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
