Origin: Ayrshire, Scotland – William Grant & Sons, Girvan Distillery
Raw materials: Grain-based distillate with selected botanicals
Color: Crystal clear, transparent, housed in the iconic dark blue bottle
Nose: Intense and complex, with floral notes of rose and blue lotus blossom, enveloped by herbaceous and bitter nuances of quinine and wormwood.
Taste: Balanced and refined, with a soft, floral entry, followed by an elegant and persistent bitter character. Spicy and fresh finish.
Alcohol content: 43.4%
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C, ideal for sophisticated cocktails like twists on the Martini, Martinez, and Gin & Soda.
Pairings: Perfect for mixing, it pairs well with oysters, smoked fish, spicy finger foods, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with fusion cuisine.
Terroir: Distilled at the historic Girvan Distillery, Ayrshire, Scotland, using Carter-Head and Bennett stills.
Production: Recipe based on classic Hendrick’s Gin (rose and cucumber), enriched with an infusion of quinine, wormwood, and blue lotus blossom, making it a unique “quininated gin.”

It combines floral sweetness and an elegant bitterness, with a character that lends itself to sophisticated cocktails and neat tastings. Internationally awarded, it stands out for its originality and complexity.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
