Bouquet: Rich and complex, with hints of ripe wild berries, black cherry, and plum. Notes of sweet spices, cocoa, and a slight touch of tobacco also emerge.
Taste: On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, with well-defined yet soft tannins that lend elegance and persistence. The balance between the freshness of the Sangiovese and the roundness of the Merlot blends harmoniously with the depth and character of the Cabernet Sauvignon. The finish is long, with pleasant notes of dark fruit and a slight minerality.

Pairings: Perfect with red meat dishes, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with rich pasta dishes, such as pappardelle with wild boar ragu or lasagna.
Terroir: The grapes come from the Tuscan hills, characterized by mixed soils of clay, limestone, and galestro, which give the wine a particular minerality. The Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and mild winters, favors optimal grape ripening.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately, with a maceration period of approximately 18-20 days to ensure optimal extraction of color and aromas. Aging takes place for 12 months in French oak barriques, both new and second-fill, to add complexity and roundness to the wine.
