Raw material: Grain mash consisting of approximately 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley
Color: Light, clear, and bright amber, with warm golden highlights
Nose: Sweet and round aromas of vanilla and caramel, accompanied by notes of honey, toasted grain, and young wood. Accents of sweet spices such as cinnamon and white pepper emerge, along with a light smoky nuance provided by the charred barrel.
Palate: Smooth and balanced, with an initial sweetness of brown sugar and vanilla that evolves into tones of oak, spice, and grain. Medium-bodied, with a dry, clean finish featuring hints of caramel and toast. Elegant and versatile, perfect both neat and in mixed drinks.

Pairings: Ideal neat or on the rocks, it lends itself perfectly to classic cocktails such as the Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and Manhattan. Excellent with dark chocolate, caramel or vanilla desserts, and grilled or smoked meat dishes.
Terroir: Produced in the heart of Kentucky, where water naturally filtered through limestone rocks ensures purity and smoothness. Aging in new charred American oak barrels provides the characteristic amber color, sweet aromas, and vanilla notes of bourbon.
Production: The grain mash is fermented and distilled in column stills according to the traditional Kentucky Bourbon method. A minimum of 4 years of aging in new American oak barrels enriches the distillate with body and aromatic complexity. Finally, various barrels are blended to maintain the consistent and recognizable Jim Beam style.
