Origin: Scotland – blend of whiskies from various regions (Speyside, Highlands, Islay, and Lowlands).
Raw materials: Malted barley, grain, pure Scottish water, selected yeasts, and oak casks
Color: Light, bright amber.
Nose: Vibrant spices such as black pepper and cinnamon, fresh fruity notes, and a delicate smoky hint.
Palate: Dry and bold, with spicy notes and a persistent smoky and vanilla finish. Vibrant, ideal to drink neat or mixed.
Alcohol content: 40%
Serving temperature: 8-10 °C (excellent with ice or in cocktails).
Pairings: Perfect in a highball with ginger ale or soda, excellent with spicy and smoky dishes. Also pairs well with barbecue and slightly spicy Asian cuisine.
Terroir: A blend that combines malts from various Scottish regions, highlighting different characteristics: Speyside's sweetness and fruit, Islay's peat and smoke, Lowlands' roundness, and Highlands' robustness.
Production: Selection and blending of over 35 malt and grain whiskies. It features no age statement, a choice made to achieve a consistent and recognizable taste over time.
